- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been going to H&R Block for Years. A friend of mine told me about the Jackson Hewitt in the E.G. Walmart, and gave me his refer-a-friend coupon (Was $50 dollars off). I called, and the gentleman I spoke with, was awesome. He scheduled my appointment for the same day. I went into the office, it was clean, and well organized. The preparer I had, Ben Karz, was, to say the least, impressive. I had Uber / Lyft expenses, and he knew about how to get the dashboards and the documents from their websites. He was knowledgeable in self-employment, and made many recommendations for me. I WOULD recommend him to anyone in the Capital District.
